Sam Zacha

Managing Director

Sam was educated the Oil and Gas Capital of Aberdeen and spent extensive time working with Oil and Gas companies in the North Sea, Brazil and Canada to develop and support Training and Competency Development Strategies. As International Sales Manager for ASET Ltd UK; Sam developed the organisation from 6 persons to over 80 working across 17 countries and supporting more than 3000 students annually.

Sam has also supported several Universities by providing guest speaker support for Marketing students on International sales ethics.

As Managing Director for MOXI and having supported several other businesses via consulting and executive roles, Sam; as the owner of MOXI, brings extensive knowledge and experience of Oil, Gas and heavy industrial training / competency needs.

MOXI is now recognised throughout Australia and Asia for the highest quality service provision supporting clients in EEHA Inspection, Consultancy and Training services since 2004.

Graeme Dale

Senior Trainer & Assessor

Graeme has over 40 years’ “hands on” experience in the electrical field in diverse areas such as Industrial, Generation and Distribution, and Project Management, in particular, URD.

Also, Graeme has a wide range of training and lecturing experience in diverse areas such as trade training at apprentice level through to adult learning methodologies at a post-graduate level. He has also had experience in the educational design and development of paper based, e-learning and hybrid learning materials and assessment strategies.

Over the past 8 years Graeme has delivered EEHA training and consultancy work as part of the MOXI team for a large number of clients not only within Australia but overseas throughout Asia, Europe and North America.

The Training aspect has included courses such as:

  • Basic Awareness Course
  • Installation, Maintenance & Detailed Inspection
  • Planning Hazardous area installations
  • Development and delivery of various client specific EEHA training needs

Consultancy work has encompassed:

  • Ongoing course development
  • EEHA inspections and hazardous area verification dossier maintenance
  • Hazardous area verification dossier audits
  • Hazardous area verification dossier compilation
  • Other EEHA consultation services as required
